A tote bag for my daughter. She is a teacher at a local grade school. The school's teams are known as The Stingers so bees/wasps etc are the theme. The paper piecing pattern for the bumble bee giving a flower to the lady bug was purchased from Quilt Art Design

Bamboozled
This Bamboozled Quilt measures 72X62". I used three values each of blue and purple batiks for the main hexagon blocks. I used a glow in the dark moon fabric for the background. For the backing I used scraps from the quilt, black, and a scrap fabric panel. The quilt looks pretty cool in the dark and in the light :)

Bookshelf Block - Snow White's Apple
An apple for the bookshelf. Pattern provided by FandomInStitches.com. I chose to add this block because of the whimsy fairy tale it represents. I also fussy cut some fabric to represent parrots I had the joy of caring for in the past and I love the "Make Do And Mend" phrase on my creators fabric.

Bookshelf Block - Acromantula
I wanted to add this large tarantula to my bookshelf quilt partially to remember a tarantula my son had when he was younger and partially because I secretly admire spiders and the wonderful webs they weave. Pattern is from a Harry Potter set provided by FandomInStitches.com

Lap Pad - Treasure Box Blocks
I have begun making what I call Lap Pads that can also be used as large hot pads for setting larger hot items on the table. I put Insul bright inside which is a heat resistant batting. The lap pads are to be placed on one's lap under their laptop. It keeps the lap and the computer cool without any hassle/bulky things. The lap pad also works as a quick dust cover for the laptops. I did not get everything lined up perfectly but it came out good enough for its intended use. This one will be for my son-in-law. I really like this paper piecing pattern used to make the treasure box blocks. I'll be working harder next time to keep things lined up because I know I'll be making more of these little treasure box blocks. The pattern for the Treasure Box block is from https://littlepatchpockets.co.uk/

Crystal Ball Block for Bookshelf Quilt
Much of this fabric is glitter and metallic so it tends to shine quite nicely when viewing in person.

Jar of Dirt block for Bookshelf Quilt
Things did not work so well on this block. I may have to re-make it. For now however, this is a block for my bookshelf quilt to represent Pirates of the Caribbean.

A Round Tuit
I found a round tuit pattern at Paper Panache so I just had to make one. I turned the little trinket (48 pieces total) into an ornament for the Christmas tree because I honestly did not think I'd ever get "a round to it" when it comes to making ornaments! 😜 I may make some larger ones with different colors as mug rug/coaster gifts.

Ewok's Photo
I made this little wall hanging for a friend. The goal was to make it look a bit like a framed portrait.
The pattern was created by Kaitlin Sekeres. It is freely available at Fandom in Stitches

My First Paper Piecing Pattern
I made this paper pieced pattern to represent Al Bundy's football jersey from Married with Children. The yellow background was the closest I could get to matching the Bundy's couch. I used it to make an envelope pillow as a gift for a fan of the show.

A Christmas Story Leg Lamp
I made a couple of leg lamps as Christmas gifts. This paper pieced pattern was fairly simple but adding the fishnet stockings and frill was a bit more challenging. One hangs with tabs and the other has a hanging rod sewn into the back.
